Our global cloud runs multiple products, which includes our cloud point of sale and cloud residential property management solutions, alongside other products such as O365 and Remote Desktop services.
Working with Hypervisors, networking, and SAN infrastructure along with software solutions MS SQL and IIS plus Active Directory and O365.
As an escalation point for our product related service desk teams you will provide technical support for any private cloud related issue or any internal technical issue with our product, related to OS/networking or security.
Working hours are 37.5 hours per week based in our Salford office.
