Support Analyst (EPOS)
4 days on - 4 days off shift rota

Job Purpose/Responsibilities
You will provide support to our global hotel customer base for our EPOS system (xnPOS). This involves:
- troubleshooting & managing support tickets
- upgrading customer systems
- installing new modules
- working with other vendors to identify interface bugs
- identify configuration issues or bugs within the software
- Working a 37.5-hour week on Monday – Sunday shift rota
This is an ideal role for those who have worked on EPOS support before or have worked in hospitality and want to further their career.
Essential
- Previous experience of IT/EPOS Support
- Proactive, motivated and a team player
- Good time management
- Experience of working with SLAs and KPIs
