The xnPOS team has literally decades of experience in the hotel and hospitality POS industry. Drawn from both the hotel and hospitality IT industry our staff constantly strive to deliver great customer service in all aspects of the xnPOS operation.

Operating from offices in the UK , US , Middle East and Asia Pac our team enjoy supporting our customer partnerships with hotels in over 40 countries worldwide.

Our leadership team share over 150 years of experience in the hospitality IT industry with massive domain knowledge of F&B POS systems.

This wealth of expertise is shared with the rest of the xnPOS team to ensure that customers receive great products and service while at the same time our team can develop as individuals and meet their career goals and aspirations in a satisfying and enjoyable environment.

Customer support

The high quality of customer support is one of the factors that sets xnPOS apart from competitor solutions... and this is due to the dedication of our customer support team who take huge pride and satisfaction in the high level of service delivered to our customers.

The 24/7/365 help desk operating from our Manchester office in the UK is complemented by teams in our offices around the world providing support during local business hours. This combination of central and local support ensures customers get the right combination of service including the local market knowledge and experience that only locally based teams can provide.

Sales & operations

We know how frustrating it can be dealing with the large hospitality IT vendors when it can take weeks to even get a sales quote. That’s why we pride ourselves on being flexible and responsive to all customer requests both in the pre-sales and implementation phases of our relationship. Sales enquiries are followed up promptly and we aim to provide customers with a maximum 12 week lead time from placing their order to delivery of their new xnPOS system.

Implementation can either be undertaken remotely, using online training or with dedicated on-site resources depending on a customer’s needs and preferences. We find that remote implementations are particularly suitable for smaller properties with less staff to train, and who are looking at ways to reduce the cost of the system installation.

Product development

The xnPOS product development team includes some of our most experienced staff… our senior developers and product managers have years of experience in POS having worked for leading hotels ( Hilton , Rocce Forte ) and POS vendors ( Micros, Retalix) .

Innovation is at the heart of our product development philosophy and we are constantly looking to improve xnPOS in ways that will directly support our customer’s business and improve their guest’s experience.
